Greenbush Reformed Church is seeking a Full-time Minister of Word and Sacrament

The mission statement of the Greenbush Reformed Church is ‘To be a faithful, authentic witness of God’s presence and power in our lives, in our church, in our community, and in the world.’ Due to the retirement of our pastor of 18 years, we are seeking a full-time RCA Minister who can help us continue to live out that mission.

While the congregation tends to be traditional in nature, it is open to trying new things including different scripture-based worship services. We are an open and accepting congregation and welcome all, believing each one is a Beloved Child of God. We are a church family that helps care for each other and enjoys working together to support local community and worldwide missions.

In examining our church profile you will see we have a strong Christian Education Program for all ages and a vibrant music ministry including the support of a music intern and a summer concert series. In meeting our mission to the greater community, we are the owner and operator of the Sunshine Day Nursery School.

We are located in East Greenbush, New York, in an attractive setting bordering the Hudson River. A suburb of Albany, East Greenbush is just a short drive to many cultural attractions, boasts a highly rated school district, and is a good town in which to live.
